Identifying Documents:  Passports, birth certificates, driver licenses and any other documents which indentify Russian citizens and foreigners are prohibited.

Plants:  The Russian government has prohibited the import of any plant or plant produce (tea, tobacco, spices, etc.) that originates in or is shipped from India.

Spices:  The Russian government has prohibited the import of any plant or plant produce (including spices) that originates in or is shipped from India.

Tea:  The Russian government has prohibited the import of any plant or plant produce (including tea) that originates in or is shipped from India.

Tobacco Products:  Due to changes in Customs procedures in Russia, UPS brokerage is not allowed to clear tobacco products or tobacco samples at the UPS point of entry. In accordance with customs rules, tobacco has to be cleared at special Customs offices, where no UPS facilities are present. Consequently these goods can only be cleared by the consignee without UPS assistance. If the consignee does not arrange clearance, the goods will have to be returned.
